These porous ceramic bio ring's provide a greater air surface for bacterial development and help decompose ammonia and nitrate efficiently. The ceramic material will withstand any chemical reaction and is suitable for both fresh and salt water aquariums and is perfect for use in internal and external filters among others.
Aqua One ceramic noodles are packed in a plastic jar to avoid unnecessary mess, and also come with a fine filter bag making it easy to use in any filter.
Ceramic rings should not be uséd while the Aquarium fish are being treated with any form of medication.
