This type of wood is great for adding texture and a natural feel to any aquascape or planted aquarium.
Please note that would may change colour when it waterlogged, all wood has the potential to release tannins into the water, new wood may develop fungus which is not harmful and will pass on its own and lastly some wood may not sink straight away and may need to be help in place using rocks.
